Odisha Digital Coaches Hub (“ODCH”, “we”, “us”) runs this website, the ODCH learning app and our online English speaking programs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Your name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number when you fill a form, take our quiz, register for a class or buy a program.
- Your learning account details: login name, membership plan and access dates.
- What you share while learning: links to the speaking videos you submit, notes to your coach, and the feedback we write back.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or through the contact form.
Information collected automatically:
- Browser type, device information, IP address and how you use the website.
- Your progress in the app: lessons completed and daily practice check-ins.
Payments are handled by our checkout provider. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
2. How we use your information
- To run our classes, give you access to the learning app and send your live class links.
- To review your speaking assignments and give you personal feedback.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To send class reminders, updates and offers by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To run and measure our advertising and marketing campaigns.
- To understand how people use our website and improve our programs.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run ODCH, such as our course and checkout platform, WhatsApp messaging service, email provider, video-call tool and website hosting.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure and improve our ads.
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to keep you logged in to the learning app, to make the website work properly, to understand how visitors use it, and to show relevant ads. The app may also store pages on your phone so it opens faster and works on a weak connection. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to log in to the app without them.
5. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and password-protected accounts. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your account, progress and feedback while you are a learner and for a reasonable time afterwards, so you can come back without losing your history. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
7. Your rights
- See the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Our website links to other sites, such as our checkout pages, quiz, YouTube and Instagram. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
